1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp.vanilla
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds

Directions:

Mix butter and brown sugar together. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and mix well.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix all together. Drop by teaspoons on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325º for 12 - 15 min.

If you want a healthier cookie that has more fibre, this is a good choice! They are delicious and not too sweet.
