2 cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup butter
½ cup confectioners sugar
2 eggs
1 pint heavy cream
½ cup coarsely chopped nuts
1 can crushed pineapple (well drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9x9 baking pan. Place in refrigerator. Cream butter, confectioners sugar and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Spread butter mixture over crumbs. Whip heavy cream. Fold in nuts and well drained pineapple. Spread this mixture over butter mixture. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
