1 lb. ground venison/beef
⅔ c. bread crumbs
⅓ c. onion, diced
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
⅓ c. milk
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs with milk. Add bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley & garlic powder & mix well. Add ground meat & knead with your hands until well blended. Form into ¾ inch diameter meatballs. Brown the meatballs on all sides & drain on paper towel. Place in a pan of Cranberry Chili Sauce & simmer 30 - 45 minutes.

2 T. packed brown sugar
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ onion, diced
