2 ripe avocados
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 or 2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. dried or fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp. lime juice
8 - 10 cherry tomatoes
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut both avocados around the middle and twist. Remove large seed and avocado fruit. Mash fruit with a fork. Combine with garlic, onions. lime juice, cilantro and salt in a medium bowl and stir thoroughly. Slice or quarter cherry tomatoes and add to mixture. Serve fresh.
