Ingredients:  
4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 1/3 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp vanilla

Topping:
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese with sugar, beat until smooth
2. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until smooth
3. Pour into 9x 13 inch pan
4. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes, then add topping

Topping:
1. Mix ingredients together
2. Pour/ spread over backed cheese cake.
3. Bake for another 10 minutes

Serve with pie filling or sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
