2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp black walnut flavoring
3 cups chopped apples (chop and cook ahead of time)
1 cup cooking oil
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
With electric mixer combine sugar and oil and mix well. Add eggs one at a time beating well. Combine dry ingredients and slowly mix into wet mixture. Add flavoring, chopped apples and walnuts mixing well.

Spoon batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.

Bake 325 degrees for one hour, 15 minutes.

Cool to warm before icing.

This was Big Mama's recipe.

Use Big Mama's icing to ice the cake when it is still a little warm. Top with toasted chopped walnuts.
