Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Medium sized, ripe tomatoes
¼ Medium sized onion
4 sprigs cilantro
2 cloves garlic, miced
½ t. Garlic salt
1 T. Lemon juice
1 Jalopeño (⅓ for mild, ⅔ for medium)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes into quarters, or smaller.
Cut onion portion into thirds
Cut stems off of cilantro and roughly chop leaves
Peel garlic and use a garlic press

Place all ingredients in a hand-turn salsa maker, which leaves good sized chunks. A food processor could also be used for a finely blended salsa. Without either machine, chop all ingredients as small as possible.

Mix all ingredients until tomatoes and onions are desired size.

*If tomatoes aren't very ripe or flavorful, add another or use roma tomatoes.
