6 eggs
2 C. sugar
1 pint half and half (more for creamier ice cream)
2 T. vanilla
½ t. salt
enough whole milk to fill container to fill mark
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture thickens. Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Pour into ice cream mixer.

Add milk to fill mark.

If adding fruit, reduce vanilla to 1 T.
It freezes best without fruit.
