3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage
10 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage & drain. Add cheese & sausage to Bisquick. Add enough water to make the mixture hold together & come away from the sides of the bowl. Wash hands & rub with Crisco or butter. Make balls about the size of golf balls and place on cookie sheet that has been lightly sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 F. for 10 - 15 minutes.
