Ingredients:  
1 lbs. Bob Evans Zesty Hot roll sausage
1 16 oz. can baked beans
1 c. BBQ sauce
1 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes; may drain for thicker dip
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. garlic powder
Hot sauce to taste if desired
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot brown & crumble sausage. Drain off excess drippings. Add celery & onions & continue to cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients & mix well. Transfer to crock pot. May garnish with cheddar cheese, sour cream and green onions.
Serve with tortilla chips. Is also delicious over baked potatoes.
