1 package quick bread (nut or date).....don't mix, just dry.
1 cup chopped pecans
1-10 oz jar maraschino cherries (drained and cut in half)
¾ cup chocolate chips
¾ cup water
¼ cup Kirsch (cherry liquor) or 2 tbs almond extract plus ¼ cup water
1 tbs oil
1 egg

Combine all ingredients by hand, turn into greased anf floured loaf pan,

Bake 350 degrees (65-80 minutes depending on size of pan) till knife comes out clean.

Cool 15 minutes before serving.
