5 (8oz) cream cheese- room temp
1 C. sugar
3 T flour
5 eggs
2 egg yolks
C. heavy cream

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
1 C graham cracker crumbs
3 T. sugar
⅓ C. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for the crust until it sticks together. Pour into springform pan and spread evenly across bottom and up the sides a little.

Beat cheese until smooth. Add sugar gradually, beat just until light and fluffy; sprinkle flour and blend thoroughly. Add eggs and yolks one at a time. Beat in heavy cream on low. Pour over graham cracker crust.

Bake at 475 for 12 mins then place foil over top and lower heat to 250 for 1 hours.

At 1 hours take cake out and run spatula around edges to keep from splitting.

Top with caramel, Hot fudge, mini chocolate chips, toffee chips, and pecans.
