1 box lemon or yellow cake mix
1 small (3 oz.) lemon jello
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs
c. vegetable oil
1 c. water

1 c. powdered sugar
⅓ c. real lemon juice

1. Boil the water, add jello and stir until absorbed. Set aside to cool.
2. Combined cooled jello with all other ingredients, mixing 2 minutes, until well blended.
3. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
4. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick in the center.
5. While cake is still warm, poke holes and pour glaze over cake. Cool and serve cold with whipped cream.
