3 lbs thawed or fresh peaches
2 C. sugar
½ C. flour
3 T lemon juice
pinch of salt

TOPPING
3 C flour
3 heaping T sugar
1½ T. baking powder
pinch of salt
3 T. butter
3 T. shortening
¾ C milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º.

Mix all peach ingredients and put into buttered 9x13 pan.

Combine dry ingredients. Add butter and shortening. Cut together with pastry blender. Beat milk and eggs and pour into above and stir with fork until just combined.

Tear off pinches of dough and drop onto peaches. Sprinkle sugar over top.

Bake 30-35 mins until golden brown Allow to sit 10-15 mins.
