Rice Pudding Recipe

2 cup Cooked rice ( leftover cold rice works great)
2 eggs beaten
2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
1 t Vanilla
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into a well-greased casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 45min to an hour. Serve in bowls with a little milk over it.

This is my grandmother's recipe. I prefer it without raisins but it's a great way to have a nice hot breakfast and use up the leftover rice from the night before.
