3-4 boneless Skinless chicken breasts cut in strips
enough buttermilk (regular milk with vinegar) to cover the strips in a bowl
3 cups flour
Chicken seasoning
Garlic
Salt Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and seasoning in a bowl, add about a 1/4 cup of buttermilk to it and toss until you have a crumbly mixture. In a deep skillet heat vegetable oil deep enough for frying, to 375 degrees or until it's hot but not smoking. If It's smoking it's too hot. Bread the chicken strips in the flour seasoning mixture and fry until the chicken is cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Serve with fries and your favourite sauce.
