Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 inexpensive roast (some fat on it)
Few T flour, few T cooking oil
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3 or 4 celery ribs, chopped
salt & pepper
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 15 oz can chopped tomatoes
potatoes (about 6 medium), about 1/2" cubes
1 pkg mixed frozen vegetables plus 1 C frozen limas (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Flour roast and brown all sides in oil in a large soup pot. Add onions, cook for a minute or so. Fill with water (gotta guesstimate) to a few inches above the roast. Add celery, both tomato cans. Cook long time, low, covered, like 2 hours. When roast is tender, add veggies and potatoes. Cook abut 45 minutes to an hour. (I take the meat out, since it has a lot of fat on it, and pull off the good pieces, make them bite sized and put that back in pot).
