Baby sweet peppers
String cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash desired number of peppers and cut tops off. Scrape out seeds.
Cut cheese into 3-4 pieces. Stuff cheese down into each pepper.
Place on a nonstick or sprayed baking sheet. Place in center of oven and broil on low for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven. Use a fork to push any melted cheese back into the pepper if it has melted out.
Serve warm, and refrigerate any uneaten peppers.
