Jaalisa Banks


1 lb. of ground turkey
c. of breadcrumbs
1 egg
c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. of garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil
1 tsp. of salt and pepper
1 jar of marinara sauce
2 c. mozzarella cheese

Garlic Butter:
1 stick ( c.) of butter
1 Tbsp. of garlic powder and dried basil

1 pack Hawaiian rolls

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Form into meatballs, and bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes. Lay entire pack of Hawaiian rolls on baking sheet and slice all the way down, dividing the top and bottom (do not separate rolls). Place one meatball on each roll. Top with spoonful of marinara and mozzarella. Replace tops, and brush with garlic butter. Bake at 400 F. for 10 minutes. Cut into sliders and serve!
