1 pound ground beef, veal, pork combination
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped onion
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ground meat, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, onion, eggs, salt and pepper together until thoroughly blended. Form into balls of desired size; brown in hot oil on all sides. Add browned meatballs to basic spaghetti sauce and simmer to blend flavors.
