Deluxe Coleslaw Recipe

1 medium head of cabbage
1 small green pepper, thinly sliced
2/3 cup diced celery
2/3 cup finely shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced radishes
2 tablespoons minced onions

Coleslaw dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mik
2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Shred cabbage to make 8 cups. Gently toss with other vegetables and dressing. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving..
