3c sugar
1c cocoa
1c butter
5 eggs
3/4tsp salt
2 1/4c flour
1 1/2tsp baking powder
3tsp vanilla
1c nuts or more (optional)

Directions:
Mix all well. Fold in nuts. Spread on greased 11"x17" pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
