1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 can (16 oz) Hershey chocolate syrup
1 c AND 1 T flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Frosting:
6 T milk
6 T butter
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 in a greased jelly roll pan for 25 to 30 minutes. Bring frosting ingredients (minus chocolate chips) to a boil in a saucepan. Boil 1 minute and add 1/2 cup chocolate chops. Stir until melted and spread on cooled brownies.
