Ingredients:  
1 1/4 cp. brown sugar, divided.
1/2 cp. butter
1 cp. flour + 1 Tbs.
3 egg whites
1 cp. coconut
3/4 cp chocolate chips
1/2 cp chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
2 cps cereal (sugared corn flakes)
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbs. melted butter

Directions:

Make crust:
Blend together 1 cp. flour, ½ cp. brown sugar, and ½ cp.butter. Press into 8x12 pan,
Bake for 10 min. @ 350º

Middle::
Beat egg whites stiff; gradually add remaining (¾ cp) brown sugar and beat together.
Combine coconut, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, vanilla and 1 Tbs. flour.
Fold into egg white mixture; spread on baked crust.

Combine crushed cereal, 3 Tbs melted butter, and 3 Tbs. sugar.
Spoon mixture over top and bake for 15 min. @ 350º
