3 c. thinly sliced zucchini (about 4 small)
1 c. Bisquick
c. finely chopped onion
c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. snipped parsley
tsp. seasoned salt
dash of pepper
1 clove chopped garlic
c. vegetable oil
4 beaten eggs

Directions:

Mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 in a 13x9x2 greased baking dish for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly. Cut into 2x1-inch pieces. Serve warm.
