2 C flour
1 t. baking soda
2 t. baking powder
½ t. salt
1 t. sugar
4 eggs-separated. whip egg whites and fold in last.
3 T. oil
1½ C. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, add moist ingredients. Fold in egg whites. Pour in greased Aebleskiver pan and bake slowly so they bubble on top. Turn with knitting needle or skewer. Test center to be sure it is done. Keep warm in low oven.

Cook on setting 4 on stovetop.
