⅓ C. orange juice
⅓ C. honey
¼ C. light soy sauce
1 T minced garlic
1 T. minced fresh ginger (or 1t. powder)
4 (4oz) salmon fillets
¼ C. sliced green onion

Heat oven to 375º.

Cook OJ and next 4 ingredients in small saucepan over med heat for 1 min; let cool slightly.
Reserve ⅔ C. marinade: marinade salmon in remaining sauce for 15 mins. Remove salmon from marinade (discard this sauce) and place in aluminum foil lined pan

Bake 20 mins or until done

Cook reserved sauce over med heat for 5 mins or until thick and syrupy.

Cook amount of rice wanted and serve with salmon with sauce and onion.
