Dry Herbs:
1 tbsp. Parsley
1 tbsp. Oregano
1 tbsp. Sage
1 tbsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Basaltic
1 tbsp. Italian Seasons
1- 3.5 lb. Whole Chicken
2.5 tbsp. Olive Oil

Wash and clean out Whole Chicken and let dry.
Combine all dry herbs together in small mixing bowl and mix together.
Pour olive oil on inside and rub olive oil allover the outside of chicken.
Rub dry herbs all over inside and outside of chicken and lay in shallow pan.
Start grill and on medium heat.
Place chicken on rotisserie and set grill on medium high, close lid and cook for 1 to 11/2 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 165º
Remove from rotisserie and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into pieces and serving.
