1 pie crust
12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 C shredded Swiss cheese
⅓ C finely chopped onion
4 eggs
2 C. whipping cream
t. salt
t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in crust lined pie plate. Beat eggs with remaining ingredients and pour into pie plate. Bake uncovered 15 mins.

Reduce heat to 300. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 mins longer. Let stand 10 mins before serving.
