2 pie crusts
1¼ C sugar
⅓ C. flour
¼ t. cinnamon
6 C fresh sliced peaches (about 6 medium)
1 t. lemon juice
3 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in peaches and lemon juice. Turn into pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Seal and flute. Cut slits into top to vent. Bake 35-45 mins
