1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated

1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese

1/4 C California sherry

1/4 C chopped back olives

1/2 t Lee and Perrins

dash each; onion, garlic and celery salts

1/4 C caraway seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Have cheeses at room temperature. In a large bowl combine cheeses, sherry, olives Lee and Perrins and salts. Mix with an electric beater at medium speed. Wrap in foil and refrigerate until needed. Before serving, roll in caraway seeds.
