Fruit Pizza Recipe

Crust:

1 /2 c flour
1/4 c plus 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
3/4 c margarine


Sauce:

3 oz cream cheese
1/3 s sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c cool whip


1/4 - 1/2 c apple jelly
Assortment of fresh fruit cut into pieces

Directions:

Preheat oven 400º

Mix crush ingredients til crumbly. Press firmly into a 12" pizza pan. Bake 10-15 minutes and cool.

Beat cream cheese and sugar til creamy. Add vanilla and fold in the cool whip. Spread onto the crust and top with your fresh fruit toppings.

Heat 1/4-1/2 cup apple jelly and brush over the top of the fruit to prevent it from browning.

Refrigerate til serving.
