1 Cup Sugar
3 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
2 Egg Whites
3 to 4 tsp. Water
2 Lbs. Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

Combine Cinnamon, Salt, Sugar and Water and Heat Well to Boiling. Do Not burn. Set Aside.

Whisk Egg Whites until frothy. Add nuts and toss until coated. Add cinnamon mixture and stir well.

Spread nuts on cookie sheet lined with foil and greased.

Bake at 350 Degrees for 30-40 minutes - Do not Burn!

Cool and package in separate bags closed with various holiday bows/ribbons.
