8 ounce cream cheese(room temperature)
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup frozen kernel corn
1 bag Dorito Scoops

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and fill scoops with approximately 1 tsp of mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until set.

for variation buy sliced jalapenos in a jar and place one in the bottom of the scoop before filling.
