Nancy Moe

2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
2 tsp cinnamon

8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1tsp vanilla extract
4 cup powdered sugar

Mix the dry ingredients together; flour, baking powder,
salt, baking soda, and spices, and set aside.
Mix in another bowl the wet ingredients; sugar, oil, eggs,
pumpkin. Mix until eggs are well combined.
Preheat the oven to 350 F

Prepare a 13X9 cake pan, if you want cake; or a rimmed
sheet pan if you want bars. The pan needs to be greased.
Pour the batter into the pan, spread evenly.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes, until lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean.

Cream all the frosting ingredients together in a large
bowl. After cake is cooled, you can frost the cake.
