8 oz. elbow macaroni
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 T. butter, melted
1 cup corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Spray a 2½ quart casserole with non-stick spray. Mix together the mayo, sour cream, onion powder and Cajun seasoning. Stir in the cheeses. Stir in the cooked macaroni and mix well. In small bowl mix the corn flakes with the butter and cover top of macaroni. Cook covered for 30 minutes at 350. Uncover and cook 15 minutes more or until bubbly and serve. Makes 6-8 servings.
