Spinach Casserole Recipe

1 (10oz) pkg chopped spinach defrosted
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp onion, chopped
1/2 tsp Worcester Sauce
1tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme

Grease 1 quart casserole with the butter.
In double thick paper towel squeeze the liquid out of the

Mix all the ingredients together, breaking up the spinach,
until all is combined. Pour into the greased casserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 350F for 20-30 minutes.
