1 can whole kernel corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, softened
12 oz sour cream
1 Jiffy corn bread mix
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together eggs and butter. Blend in sour cream and corn bread mix. Add corn and stir thoroughly. Pour into a greased 10 x 10 baking dish and bake 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
