Warm Artichoke Dip Recipe

1 (8oz) pkg reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 (14oz) can artichoke hears, drained
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper
Assorted whole-grain crackers or small bread slices

Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, garlic, and
hop pepper sauce in a food processor until smooth. Add
artichokes and pulse until well combined but still chunky.
Transfer to a microwave safe serving dish. Microwave on
medium heat until heated through, turning once or twice,
about 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and season to taste.
