1 large pork shoulder/roast
2 packets of Stew seasoning mix
5-6 potatoes chopped up
1 bag of baby carrots
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a crockpot add your pork or beef shoulder or roast in on the bottom. Add your pepper, garlic, and onion salt to the meat. Add worcestershire sauce over the meat. Add chopped potatoes, then add carrots. Sprinkle both packets of Stew mix over the top. Fill the rest of the crock pot with water (approx 2 cups). Let it simmer on low for 5-8 hours.
