2 lg. cans yams
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c.brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon ( optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Place yams in casserole dish

Sprinkle salt,brown sugar and nutmeg over yams
Place in oven til hot
Cover with marshmallows and return to oven til marshmallows are mostly melted
Remove and serve hot
