Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 lbs. roast, cubed and cooked until tender. Do not drain.
Add 1 16oz. can Tomato juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add 16 pkg. mini carrots, sliced
Add 4 - 5 potatoes, cubed

Cook 15 minutes, then add 2 cans corn and 1 can peas and cook until tender.
