No Bake Chocolate Bars Recipe

1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1 c. dark chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter

1. Place parchment paper in 8x8 pan
2. Heat butter, sugar, and vanilla until melted
3. Add oats, cinnamon, and salt and cook for 4-5 minutes
4. Pour 1/2 in pan and press down
5. Microwave chips and peanut putter for 40 seconds
6. Pour 4/5 on top of oats
7. Put remaining oats on top
8. Drizzle remaining chocolate on top
9. Refrigerate for 4 hours
