3-4lbs ground meat
2-3 chopped onions or use several cups of frozen season blend
chili powder-lots
2-3 cans pinto beans(optional)
2 cans chopped green chilis (optional)
2 lg cans of chopped tomatoes
1 16oz can tomatoes sauce
Worcestershire sauce
tabasco sauce
salt and pepper
garlic powder
1 can beer
white wine rhine or sauterne

Brown meat and onions with chili powder and garlic powder and salt. Drain

Add more chili powder, tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, beans, green chilis, seasonings, beer and wine. The amount of all ingredients can be adjusted for volume. Simmer

Serve topped with cheese and chips
