1 lb hot pork sausage
2c grated Cheddar cheese
1c Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Let sausage come to room temperature. Mix all ingredients and form into balls with your hands. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes in jelly rol pan; drain grease on paper towels; serve warm.

Can be made up ahead of time and frozen
