Ingredients:  
1 stick soft butter
1 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese (don't use pre-shredded cheese, it will not stick together)
2c flour
dash red pepper
salt
tiny stuffed olives (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and chill for at least one hour. Roll into small balls an place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, flatten each ball slightly with fork.

for olive stuffed puffs place one tiny stuffed olive in each ball and wrap and seal cheese puff around the olive.

Bake in preheated 400º oven for 5 minutes
