1 8-oz. softened cream cheese
4 oz. extra sharp grated cheese (room temperature)
1 tablespoon pimento
1 tablespoon green pepper
1 tablespoon onion
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1½ tablespoon Worchester sauce
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Add pimento, green pepper, and onion to small food processor or chop finely. More veggies and cheese can be added to suit your personal taste. Cream together all ingredients (except pecans) until well blended. Shape into ball and roll cheese mixture in pecan. Recipe can be doubled.
