1 1/4 cups warm water (110 to 115
3 tbsp. canola oil
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. plus 1/4 honey (divided)
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 large egg
4 to 5 cups bread flour

Top with one of the following:
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
