Beef Soup Recipe

1 3-4 lbs.pot roast, seared
1/2 gal of water
6 to 8 beef bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 pkg. Mrs. Grass Home style Vegetable Dip and Soup Mix
1 pkg. Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix
2 cans Campbell's Tomato Soup
2 cans green beans
1 8 oz. can V-8
1 tbsp. Tabasco Sauce
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
3 tbsp. sugar
Pepper to taste
1/2 box Quick Barley

Seared the pot roast in a large stock pot then cover with water. Add beef bouillion, vinegar, and Worcestershire Sauce.. Cook on medium heat until beef is tender.

Remove beef and cut into cubes. Place back in stock pot and add remaining ingredients except Barley. Cook on medium heat 30 minutes.

Add barley, cook just until tender.
