4 tablespoons unsweetened Cocoa powder
3 cups whole mild or half and half or coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2-3 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Whipped Cream of Marshmallows for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a saucepan over medium-high heat(Do not scorch). Whisk until mixture is smooth and creamy and cocoa and sugar are dissolved. Divide into 4 mugs and garnish if desired.
